After trying the cheap Chinese-made needle valve based manifolds that are all over Amazon, and finding they leak like crazy precisely because they use needle valves, I went looking for parts to cobble together my own. This design could be assembled from parts purchases separately easy enough, but having a pre-assembled one for less than the cost of the individual parts is even better. And it works great, with no leaks. As noted by the other reviewer, the threads are 1/4, not 1/8, but all my hoses have 1/4 fittings anyway. Seems to depend on brand and market region: Iwata hoses sold for the US market are 1/4 on the compressor end.
