Gentle on nails
What a great tool and gentle on nails!

As a recent diy'er, my experience is limited with bits. However, I've had my nails done at salons before but never with ceramic bits. There is very little heat build up with this product vs the metal bits, which I also have. Love the cone shape for cuticle work.
