It only takes about two coats and a layer of top coat to display colors brilliantly. Some of the more sheer colors, I have to do three coats, though. Overall, it does show up when you hold it over your finger. I did have to label them with the brand/color name. It helps when you have a lot of similar colors. You can store these in a drawer, picture book, drawer knob, or the wall. Super easy to use and cute to display. Easy to take and pick polish to match outfits too!

I wanted to use these to show the colors of the dip powders that i have because the color of the powder is not the final color you get when it’s finished so i wanted people to be able to see what the end result will look like before they pick. These work as they should and came in good condition nothing was broken
