This is the second one I have bought. I use this to file my husbands ever thickening heals. My husband gets these cracks in his heels that if not filed frequently enough get thick, split ,crack and become painful.So I say to use with caution if you are using on someone else because it work so well you might go deep faster than you think.Go one direction while using file. I bought a pink one for myself and when you use on your own feet you can feel whats going on. BTW its safer to use on someone else's feet if they have been soaked or just out of shower. Dry feet filling is messier. If doing dry feet place a hand towel down to collect shavings so they don't get all over you carpet/floor. Best foot file ever!

I've autoclave them and let the soak in barbicide with no rust. When you do soak the metal file make sure its dry I give it a hour or so.... Typically have 3 in rotation and I don't peel the sticky residue its not necessarily since its not coming in contact with the clients skin. You can acetone it but it some how affects the stickness of future stickers so I know not to bother now. I use a towel from the service to peel this sticker off the edges can be SUPER sharp so be careful

These are great for one time use. Since the laws have changed to disposable use items these are all I use.
