The Ball Shaped Carbide Bits are commonly used to clean and prep the cuticles and the surrounding nail walls before a manicure or acrylic nail process. The Ball Shaped Carbide Bit is offered in one grit size and two bit sizes (large and small) for the nail tech's preference in size. Use the ball bit to exfoliate and remove the hard and rough dead skin that surrounds the cuticles and nail walls to give the client softer cuticles.

Quality nail bit!
Very good nail bit! It is VERY smooth and easy to use! I am going to buy another one as a back up just in case. I would recommend it to anyone and would purchase it again.

Love this round nail bit
Great addition to my nail filing implements. Since I've been staying home, I've been doing my acrylic nails myself. I like the round tips. Very good, I love it, my clients love it. My sister absolutely loves it, she likes watching her cuticle get cleaned up. It's very satisfying. But make sure you know how to use these first because it can go very bad if you dont know how to use them.

This is a powerful little bit. As others have said, it really requires a LIGHT hand. Like rest the bit on nail and let it do its job. Use your hold on the efile to guide it only. That said, I'm so happy to have purchased it! I make it a personal goal to do both hard gel and acrylics as smooth as humanly possible. I'm not perfect though, and this little bit saves me sooooo much filing time! One of the best investments I've made! If you're already comfortable with carbide bits, then this baby will be your new best friend! If you aren't comfortable yet handling a carbide bit, then this will still work, but you might not be as thrilled with the initial results.

Gentle, effective cuticle care
This bit is the BEST cuticle bit I've used. It's gentle but lifts everything, can be used around the whole skin and nail area without pain. I find it much easier to clean and sterilize than diamond bits, and after a lot of use, I believe it will last a lot longer before needing replacement. I feel it's worth the cost and would buy it again and again.
