3/32" Smooth Top Large Barrel Gold Carbide Bit
The smooth top carbide drill bits are rounded at the top with straight barrels to protect the cuticles and side walls from scratches and cuts upon contact. This carbide drill bit only fits 3/32" shanks, however, it comes in two barrel sizes (small and large) for the nail tech's surface coverage preference. The smooth top drill bits also comes in 9 different grit sizes (ranging from extra fine to 5x extra coarse) and 3 different colors (gold, DLC black and silver). Best for nail techs who are working on artificial nails, the drill bit has many uses: from shaping, carving, smoothing, backfilling, and removing gel.

Extra Coarse is Extra Space Effective
The extra coarse was perfect for removing the bulk I needed help with. I'm new to doing acrylic nails, and still have a tendency to use too much product, but this bit really helps to balance my work better!

Does what it’s supposed to
User friendly for anyone with an e file, value will depend on how long I can use it before it goes dull. So I can’t advise on this just yet. Have used it already and it removes products easily using 10 - 15,000 rpm. Very sharp use care around cuticle even tho it is a safety bit.

Good bit!
This drillbit is definitely not for beginners. Because it is so course it takes a lot of practice to use. I suggest using a more fine bit before going to some thing like this. This is a great bit for removing acrylic nails or acrylic dip in a short amount of time.
