The 5-in-1 two-way carbide bits are designed to be multi-purposeful. The bit is great for cleaning, preparing, shaping, shortening, and smoothing the cuticles, nail surface and under the nail. The tapered edge has three different grit sizes for it's multi-purposeful uses: a fine grit on top, medium grit on the middle, and coarser grit on bottom... and yes! Every size comes in a gradient grit size fitted to the nail tech's preference. The finer grit allows the bit to be used safely when working with customers and will prevent burning or cutting clients. Middle/medium grit is useful when removing gels, as well as shaping and making the nail bed smoother. The coarser grit is for backfills, shaping and shortening the nails. This multi-purposeful bit also is great for any nail tech who are left-handed, right-handed, and even ambidextrous, as it may be used clockwise and counter-clockwise!
PANA 5-in-1 Drill Bits has seven ring colors to determine the grit size and help catch any dirt and debris to avoid clogging the drill handles and is used to indicate the grit size of drill bit's base:

time-saver!
This bit is perfect to remove gel polish off acrylic. I've been doing dip manicures for about a year and a half and was always so frustrated in the amount of time removal was taking me. This bit helps so much! This little guy significantly reduced my drill-off time.

Works great! I love it
I’ve had it for a few months now. If you e never used a 5 in 1 but it does take some getting used to for beginners like me at least. But now that I have a good handle on it I use the fine grit to seal my cuticles.

Don't THINK twice and GET this bit, THANK ME LATER!!
This item is a must have in your collections of carbide bits. I’ve been doing nails for a year now and it would take me 3 hours. Yes, 3 freaking hours to do a nail set. This bit has cut an hour, yup an hour of my time. I use color acrylic and this bits is the ish when it comes down to removing acrylic.

best multi use bit! works in both directions
I am so glad I purchased this bit! I got it in medium grit so I could remove my gel polish quickly and efficiently since my other bits including my ceramic bits just weren’t doing the job and the bits that could, caused grooves in my polygel (even with lightest touch) making more work and adding time I don’t have. I’m still a novice with the nail drill but having a great bit like this is a world of difference. I probably could’ve gotten the fine grit and it would do just as well removing gel polish. I think another reviewer mentions this.The biggest bonus for me was having a bit that I could use both left and right handed so if you do your own nails or you are LEFT HANDED …BUY THIS BIT NOW! YOU WONT REGRET IT! As for cons I can only think of one and it’s simply cosmetic. The colored piece at the base of the cone is hard misshapen plastic. It doesn’t effect its functionality and still serves its purpose, preventing dust from entering your drill so it wasn’t enough to remove a star. HESITATE NO MORE! LOOK NO FURTHER! BUY IT! If it’s not for you simply return it. Easy peasy…you’ve nothing to lose so jump off the fence if you haven’t already.
