Product Description
3/32" Tornado Purple Carbide Bit
The Purple Tornado carbide bits are coated with purple coating to prevent the carbide from damaging quickly, therefore making it longer lasting. The bit is great for general surface work such as cleaning, prepping and removing gel polish. The rounded tip helps prevent any damaging to the cuticles and sidewalls of the nail bed. Similarly to the 5-in-1 carbide, the tapered edge has three different grit sizes for it's multi-purposeful uses: a fine grit on top, medium grit on the middle, and coarser grit on bottom... and yes! Every size comes in a gradient grit size fitted to the nail tech's preference. However, unlike the 5-in-1 carbide, the purple tornado is only a one way rotating drill bit.

Actually WORKS
I've been doing my own dip manicures for about a year and a half and was always so frustrated in the amount of time removal was taking me. This bit helps sooo much. Significantly reduced my drill-off time!

Works great for me!
This bit has helped speed up removal of my topcoat before soaking off dip nails. Using it to file down through all the dip takes a lot longer than just soaking off, and I have to be very careful to avoid it skipping around on its own. Filing the topcoat before soaking seems to be the ticket to the quickest removal.

Go SLOW
’m reading a lot of reviews saying they experience skipping or awkwardness with their left hand. I’m also left handed and the 3x coarse bit cut through my sculpted gel like butter! Also took off gems without need for pliers. I switch the rotation direction on my e-file and only did a medium speed. If you find yourself skipping or jumping off the nail change the rotation direction, lower the speed, and check the position of how your holding your e-file. This bit is a god send at a great price!

Powerful and sharp.. be careful
So I have the stephanee drill from markartt and needed a drill bit to quickly take acrylics off with.. after doing my research I settled on this brand and this 3/32 purple tornado bit.. it is sharp boyyyyyyy let me tell u poly gels and acrylics are gone in seconds.. please do not hover with this bit it's very strong and does the job almost too well but it saves soooo much time also the alternative? soaking anything off in acetone is horribly damaging to the nail bed and takes too long I'd rather efile and then buff down to the natural nail.. I can't see this bit being used for anything else bc its too powerful for light work like removing just gel polish
